About the role
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as licensed Mortgage Agents. This role is perfect for both experienced agents looking for a supportive brokerage environment and newcomers who have completed their licensing. You will work directly with clients to assess financial needs, present mortgage solutions, and guide them through the application process. This role requires deep expertise across residential, commercial, and investment property financing. You will be the go-to expert for difficult scenarios including self-employed clients, new immigrants, and alternative lending solutions. In addition to managing your own client portfolio, you will help train and support junior advisors, review complex applications, and contribute to our business development strategy.
What we're looking for
- •5+ years of mortgage industry experience
- •Proven track record with complex mortgage files
- •AMP designation or equivalent certification
- •Strong knowledge of A, B, and private lending
- •Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- •Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
